The design of our company's drainage gutters complies with national regulatory requirements. We all understand that the hygiene and cleanliness of drainage gutters are crucial. Severe water accumulation, leakage, and other issues can often lead to mold and pest infestations, resulting in food contamination and numerous product safety concerns. External pests, such as insects and rodents, may enter production areas through workshop floor drains via sewer systems. Therefore, the design of drainage gutters in factory workshops is a critical component that integrates workshop and drainage pipe systems. It is imperative to prioritize the design of drainage gutters in food factory workshops. In response to these requirements, we have designed drainage systems that are easy to clean, feature odor prevention, facilitate hygiene maintenance, and offer excellent drainage performance. These systems are primarily used in pharmaceutical companies, kitchen factories, slaughterhouses, processing workshops, seafood processing areas, cleanrooms, and municipal engineering projects.

Our drainage systems are made of 304 stainless steel, welded with a smooth surface. The surface treatment process involves acid pickling and passivation, with a water seal height of 5 cm. All components are fully detachable, allowing for internal cleaning, and the floor drain base is designed to prevent water retention. The cover plates are also designed for hygiene, using full welding technology instead of spot welding. All corners are rounded for easy cleaning.

Types of drainage gutter cover plates: Grating type (good load-bearing capacity, higher cost), Flat plate type (aesthetically pleasing, moderate cost, with the option to weld stainless steel square tubes underneath for increased load-bearing capacity based on usage area), PE polymer (aesthetically pleasing, moderate cost, excellent load-bearing capacity, forklift overload resistant, lifetime warranty).
